Maciej is an expert in the defence microelectronics and photonics industry. Previously, Maciej served as Defence Programmes Manager at Poland-U.S. Operations and was the General Manager for CMI Defence Polska at John Cockerill and has extensive experience working with the European Defence Industry.

He serves as Executive Board Member at Quantum Security Defence, Director at MicroEPC Photonics Poland, and Director of Operations at Polish Technological Platform on Photonics.
