Steve Vaile brings 30 years of business startup expertise, including 15 years in advanced technology. Starting in the RN as an engineer at the age of 16 and went on to hold senior roles in product management, technical pre-sales, sales, and organisational leadership at companies including MAXM, CA Software, Evidian (ATOS), RiverSoft (IBM), Systems Management Arts (EMC), and Voyence (EMC) in the causal analysis software sector.

Steve played a pivotal role as a management consultant in establishing Cambodia's first credit bureau. During a 12-year sabbatical from the tech sector, he co-founded an international hospitality firm operating across seven countries.

He currently serves as a Director at Quantum Security Defence, President at WizzWang, and sits on several advisory boards in the cybersecurity and deep tech sectors where he advises on commercial strategy and capital structure.

Steve speaks English fluently, bad French, and terrible Italian — but with excellent accent.
